 If you can answer YES to the following questions, you may qualify for help from Siuslaw Transportation Solutions with your vehicle repair costs:

• I have lived and/or worked in Florence, Reedsport, or Mapleton for at least the past 12 months.
• This vehicle is my primary means of transportation.
• I do not have the financial means to pay for the needed repair(s).
• I have not received assistance from Siuslaw Transportation Solutions (formerly Rods ’N Rhodies) within the past 24 months.
• The vehicle needing repairs is registered in my name and has a current Oregon registration.
• I have a valid Oregon driver’s license.

Please Note:
Siuslaw Transportation Solutions provides help only for safety-related repairs. We do not cover routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
